- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, operating systems, and network services
- Administer and support Active Directory (AD), including user accounts, groups, permissions, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
- Manage Microsoft Azure services, including Azure AD, virtual machines, storage, and cloud resources
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT services
- Perform regular system updates, patch management, and security hardening
- Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve system, server, and user access issues
- Implement and maintain IT security best practices
- Support email systems (e.g., Microsoft Exchange / Microsoft 365)

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 6 8+ years of experience in system administration
- Strong experience with Windows/Linux Server administration
- Hands on experience with Active Directory (AD DS, GPO, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with Microsoft Azure (Azure AD, VM management, cloud services)
