Cosmo5 is seeking a Senior SEO Account Manager to drive client website visibility and performance via AI Search, organic search, content marketing, and technical SEO. The role requires 3+ years of SEO/GEO experience, client management skills, and proficiency with SEO tools.

Responsibilities
- Manage day to day client communications on statuses, timelines, deliverables, and reporting
- Develop and provide 360° SEO/GEO strategies covering e commerce, content, technical SEO, and netlinking
- Produce weekly and monthly analytics reports and present performance to clients
- Evaluate new clients, develop strategies, and execute plans
- Conduct Google penalty and technical SEO analysis
- Perform competitor analysis and tracking
- Develop and execute content plans aligned with consumer moments and business goals
- Mentor and upskill SEO account managers within the team
- Participate in new business pitches and cross sell opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO/GEO and client management
- Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, MOZ, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush)
- Base knowledge of HTML and CSS/JavaScript
- Strong understanding of on page principles and competitive analysis
- Ability to audit existing strategies and propose optimizations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Bilingualism (English & French) is a strong asset
- Minimum 2 years of agency experience (appreciated)

- We are looking for a creative and forward thinking digital marketer to join our growing SEO/GEO team.
- The Senior Account Manager requires understanding of SEO best practices and strategies, and ability to explain these to clients.
- The candidate must have proven experience delivering results, ability to work in a fast paced environment, and multitask effectively.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle day to day communication with clients on statuses, timelines, deliverables, reporting, and ad hoc requests.
- Develop and provide 360° SEO/GEO strategies for e commerce SEO, content SEO, technical SEO, and netlinking.
- Produce weekly and monthly analytics and reporting, and present performance to clients.
- Evaluate new clients, develop strategies, and execute plans.
- Conduct Google penalty and technical SEO analysis (site performance, indexability, international SEO, accessibility).
- Perform competitor analysis and tracking.
- Develop and execute content plans aligned with consumer moments, business goals, and search trends.
- Manage program coordination and participate in new business pitches.
- Mentor and upskill SEO account managers within the team.
- Partner with team lead on developing the department from business, product offering, and expertise perspective.
Experience and Abilities
- At least 3+ years working on SEO/GEO and managing clients.
- Familiarity with analytics and conversion rate optimization platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO tools (Screaming Frog, MOZ, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Brightedge, SiteBulb, SEMrush).
- Base knowledge of HTML and CSS/JavaScript.
- Understanding of technical factors for proper website architecture.
- Strong understanding of on page principles and competitive analysis.
- Ability to audit existing strategies and develop modifications.
- Strong ability to help clients and guide them through their digital journey.
