Role Overview
The Senior Technical Program Manager, Physical Security provides regional program leadership for physical security deployments supporting new data center construction, campus expansions, and major technology upgrades.
Acting as the primary security program representative, this role ensures security requirements are successfully integrated into project execution while coordinating operational readiness and transition into service.
The Physical Security TPM provides governance, stakeholder coordination, customer engagement, and program oversight while partnering closely with Construction, Security Operations, Network Engineering, Procurement, and Customer Security teams.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Information Technology, Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
8+ years of experience leading complex physical security, critical infrastructure, construction, or technology deployment programs.
Experience delivering physical security systems for hyperscale data centers, mission-critical facilities, or other large-scale infrastructure projects.
Experience managing cross-functional programs involving design, construction, networking, operations, procurement, and customer stakeholders.
Experience coordinating new site commissioning, operational readiness, and transition to operations.
Experience working with security system integrators, engineering consultants, general contractors, and owner representatives.

Structured cabling infrastructure
Low-voltage systems
Security design standards
Electronic security commissioning
Security system integration
Cybersecurity fundamentals for operational technology
Certifications (Preferred)
ASIS Physical Security Professional (PSP)
Certified Protection Professional (CPP)
Genetec Security Center Certification
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
