Role Overview
Build proactive, autonomous security operations capabilities for a distributed platform processing transactions continuously.
Own outcomes across threat detection and response, AI-driven defense, security hardening, and cross-functional security.
Security Environment
Automated security review runs on every pull request, fraud detection models operate in production, and AI-driven anomaly detection covers identity, endpoint, and network telemetry.
The role supports a regulated environment where security controls protect transactions, customer funds, and operational continuity.
Detection and Response
- Build SIEM custom rules, AI-powered anomaly baselines, and automated alert enrichment.
- Conduct threat hunts using behavioural analytics, log forensics, and threat intelligence.
- Tune EDR/XDR configurations to reduce false positives and improve attack visibility.
- Build automated incident response playbooks and dashboards for incidents, coverage, misconfigurations, and compliance.
Security Hardening
- Assess cloud, endpoint, network, and application security against MITRE ATT&CK, CIS, and NIST benchmarks.
