Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging English language and literature lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum for Grades 11 and 12
- Prepare detailed lesson plans, design formative and summative assessments, grade student work, and provide constructive feedback
- Contribute to curriculum development, integrate contemporary texts and digital resources, and differentiate instruction
- Maintain accurate student records, communicate regularly with parents and guardians
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development
- Support co curricular and school wide initiatives
Requirements
- B.Ed. mandatory
- Strong subject matter expertise in English Teaching and English Literature at senior secondary level
- Recognized teaching credentials as a Qualified Teacher, preferably with CBSE or equivalent senior secondary teaching experience
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, English Literature, Education, or related field
- Demonstrated classroom management skills
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Comfort with educational technology and digital learning platforms
- Experience in CBSE curriculum schools in the UAE or similar international contexts is an advantage

Job Overview

Qualifications
- B. Ed. Mandatory. Candidates applying for the post without a B. Ed. will not be considered.
