Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Guide teams in adopting Scrum principles and Agile best practices
- Monitor team progress, identify risks/blockers, and ensure timely resolution
- Support Product Owners in backlog management and release planning
- Improve team performance through continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between teams and stakeholders
- Prepare status reports and performance updates for management
- Manage kanban boards on tools such as Jira
- Support organizational Agile transformation and change management initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or any related field
- 8+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC
- SAFe Leadership certification is mandatory
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Leadership, coaching, and facilitation abilities
- Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA and Slack
