About the Role
Comera is hiring a Senior Scrum Master with Business Analysis expertise for Agile delivery in Fintech/Banking and IM/Calling applications. You will lead Scrum ceremonies, gather requirements, and coach teams.

Responsibilities
- Drive Agile delivery by leading Scrum ceremonies, maintaining sprint health, and ensuring delivery transparency
- Partner with Product Managers to align priorities and keep the backlog development ready
- Gather business requirements and convert them into clear user stories with strong acceptance criteria
- Create process flows, wireframes, and user journeys where needed
- Remove blockers, coach teams on Agile best practices, and foster a self organizing environment
- Track Agile KPIs like velocity and burndown to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- 6 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar Agile role
- Strong hands on Business Analysis experience
- Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks
- Experience in IM/Calling platforms and Fintech/Banking systems
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and SDLC processes
- Certifications like CSM, PSM, CBAP, or PMI PBA are a strong advantage

Overview
- We are looking for a dynamic Senior Scrum Master with strong Business Analysis skills and expertise in Instant Messaging (IM) & Calling Applications, along with Fintech/Banking domain experience, to drive Agile delivery across high impact product teams.
