Role Overview
The Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant delivers Salesforce solutions for pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and healthcare organizations.
The role partners with project teams and client stakeholders to discover, design, code, and deploy Salesforce Platform and Industry solutions.
Approximately 70–75% of the role involves hands-on programming and system integration.
The role requires work within stringent regulatory and security standards.
Your Impact
- Code enterprise-grade solutions using Apex, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, and modern web frameworks.
- Implement Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, and OmniStudio features for regulated workflows.
- Use AI developer tools to accelerate development while maintaining governor limits and security compliance.
- Define secure, scalable data models, sharing rules, security models, and object structures.
- Build and document API integrations with enterprise platforms, EHR/EMR systems, and middleware.
- Facilitate technical workshops, review user stories, and map end-to-end user journeys.
- Follow development best practices and participate in DevOps and release management workflows.
- Travel to client sites as required, averaging approximately 50% based on engagement needs.
