Role overview
BMC's Technology and Automation team supports recurring revenue growth, customer centricity, operational efficiency, and transformation.

Key responsibilities
- Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
- Design, code, and implement Salesforce applications.
- Collect and collate user feedback.
- Drive continuous improvement for application design, automation, support, and practice development.
- Support administration of various applications and tools.
Professional experience
- 6–7 years of hands-on development experience on the Salesforce platform.
- Understanding of the Salesforce product suite and territory and quota design processes.
- Experience with automation, testing, training, and documentation.
- Experience designing reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
- Ability to provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting.
- Experience integrating third-party solutions or applications in Salesforce.
