Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent; corresponding field experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and expertise with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex development.
- Proven track record of multiple end-to-end greenfield implementations based on a Salesforce platform.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing complex Salesforce-based solutions, including customization, configuration, and integration with third-party systems.
- Knowledge of emerging trends and ability to contribute to and influence best practices within discipline.
- Master-level proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Apex, or Python.
- Extensive experience in data migration and integration tools such as MuleSoft is a huge plus.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, or Salesforce Certified Application Architect, are highly desirable.
