Role Overview
Senior Sales Supervisor role focused on wholesale growth and in-house healthcare brand development across the United Arab Emirates.
The role requires travel across the UAE and supports distribution through pharmacies, pharmacy chains, wholesalers, and healthcare institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the wholesale business across all Emirates.
- Increase distribution and market penetration of in-house healthcare brands.
- Build customer relationships and convert new business opportunities into long-term accounts.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and support sustainable business growth.
- Coordinate product launches, promotions, and brand-awareness campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and customer feedback.
- Manage collections, customer credit, sales reporting, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Lead and support the sales team to maximize performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE sales experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or nutraceutical sectors.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE wholesale and pharmacy market.
- Proven brand-development and distribution-network expansion ability.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the UAE.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Compensation
- Pay is up to AED 8,000 per month.
- Competitive salary plus performance-based incentives is offered.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
- Travel across the UAE is required.
