Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients across all channels (Email, WhatsApp, Phone, and Social Media) with a personalized approach.
- Understand requirements to develop detailed, high quality proposals with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Execute sales strategies aligned with the company’s vision and growth objectives to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and industry trends to strengthen the company’s market position.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, travel agencies, and tour operators.
- Support the setup of activities and the Saudi Seasons calendar.
- Work closely with Marketing and Operations to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Maintain up to date sales activity records with accurate and relevant details.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Tourism, Corporate Travel, or MICE.
- Professional fluency in Arabic and English.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and contract management skills.
- A strong Riyadh based professional network is preferred.
