- Actively identify and attract new clients in the SME segment through cold and warm sales
- Present Technopeak’s core services including AMC and MSSP
- Conduct online and in person meetings with potential clients to identify needs and propose solutions
- Visit client offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi to develop relationships
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities and expand existing client base
- Work with current clients to increase sales volume through additional services
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM (Bitrix24) and ERP (1C) systems
- Collaborate with marketing, account management, and customer support teams
- Test and implement new sales approaches, scripts, channels, and formats
- Negotiate and close deals to contribute to revenue growth
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
- Fluent spoken English and Russian (mandatory)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, managed services, or technology solutions
- Ability to conduct client meetings both online and on site
- Experience working with CRM and ERP systems
- Self driven, proactive, and results oriented approach to sales

Overview
- Technopeak is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our Dubai team.
- The role focuses on developing new business opportunities in the SME segment and building long term client relationships in the UAE market.
- The ideal candidate has strong consultative sales skills, experience in B2B technology services, fluent English and fluent spoken Russian as a client specific requirement.
- This role combines remote sales activities with in person meetings and client visits across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities
- Actively identify and attract new clients in the small and medium business segment through both cold and warm sales.
- Present Technopeak’s core services, including AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and MSSP (Managed Security Services).
- Conduct online and in person meetings with potential clients, identify their business and technical needs, and propose appropriate solutions.
- Visit client offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi to develop relationships and support the sales process.
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities and expand the existing client base.
- Work with current clients to increase sales volume by offering additional services and solutions.
- Maintain accurate and structured records of client interactions and opportunities in CRM (Bitrix24) and ERP (1C) systems.
