Overview

We are seeking a dynamic

Senior Sales Representative

to cover the UAE (Dubai & Northern Emirates).

You will drive sales of UIH’s premium diagnostic imaging systems, develop key accounts & channel partners, and support our Middle East growth from our Dubai regional office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of CT, MRI, PET-CT, and AI-powered imaging solutions across UAE public & private hospitals.
  • Develop and manage key accounts, distributors, and system integrators in UAE.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closing large capital equipment deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for bids, logistics, installation, and after-sales support.
  • Build strong relationships with hospital directors, procurement, and clinical KOLs.
  • Conduct market analysis, track competitors, and deliver accurate sales forecasts.
  • Participate in major exhibitions including Arab Health and local clinical events.
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree; Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering preferred.
  • **5–7 years medical device sales experience**
  • , imaging background strongly preferred.
  • Solid track record in UAE healthcare / hospital capital equipment sales.
  • Familiarity with UAE healthcare regulations, tender processes, and procurement channels.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Target-oriented, resilient, and able to travel within UAE and occasionally to GCC.
