Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads for Odoo ERP solutions
- Identify business opportunities across SMEs and enterprise clients
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Understand client operational challenges and propose suitable ERP solutions
- Coordinate with technical and implementation teams for solution discussions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations
- Build long term relationships with clients and key decision makers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain CRM updates and sales pipeline reports
- Stay updated with ERP market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of sales experience in ERP / Software / IT Solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience handling B2B sales
- Ability to understand business workflows and operational challenges
- Knowledge of Odoo ERP is a strong advantage
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Valid Qatar Driving License preferred
