Daribatech, a specialized Tax Technology company, is seeking Senior Sales Managers to drive client acquisition and revenue growth in the UAE and GCC.

Responsibilities
- Own direct sales engagements with enterprise clients across the UAE and later across the GCC
- Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solutioning, proposals, negotiation, and closing
- Identify, qualify, and convert leads using consultative and value based selling
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Present and articulate the value of e invoicing automation, VAT compliance, and ERP integration to finance, IT, and compliance leaders
- Deliver high impact demos, presentations, and proposals tailored to each client
- Maintain long term relationships to secure recurring revenue and renewals
- Work with pre sales and product teams to tailor sales presentations and proposals
- Provide a feedback loop for pricing and product suitability
- Partner with the Marketing team to refine Daribatech’s market positioning and messaging
- Represent the company at industry events, regulatory briefings, and networking forums
Requirements
- 5+ years of direct sales or account management experience in B2B enterprise sales
- Experience selling financial software solutions, ideally e invoicing, tax solutions, ERP integrations, or compliance automation
- Strong communication and presentation skills; bilingual (Arabic + English) is an advantage
- Consultative, analytical, and able to navigate complex stakeholder environments
- Comfortable working in fast paced startup environments

About the Role
- As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our growth, responsible for client acquisition by engaging with CXOs embedding tax and compliance automation.
Client Acquisition & Sales Leadership
- Own direct sales engagements with enterprise clients across the UAE and later across the GCC.

What We Are Looking For
- High performing B2B sales professionals with a strong track record of selling to enterprise clients in the UAE or GCC.
- Experience of financial software solutions, ideally with some exposure to e invoicing, tax solutions, ERP integrations, or compliance automation.
- 5+ years of experience in direct sales or account management roles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; being bilingual (Arabic + English) is an advantage.
- Consultative, analytical, and able to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
