Senior Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business opportunities and develop corporate accounts across KSA.
• Sell and market lease vehicle products to clients face to face, over the phone, and through corporate visits.
• Manage key client accounts and maintain strong business relationships.
• Ensure a high level of customer service and professional handling of all client requests.
• Follow up on client payments, agreements, and required documentation with the Finance Department.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance, Operations, Fleet, and Maintenance.
• Assist in developing sales policies, procedures, terms, and conditions when required.
• Ensure insurance documents, claims, and related paperwork are submitted accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with the fleet team to ensure vehicles remain in good condition and maintenance schedules are followed.
• Prepare sales reports, client updates, and management information when required.
• Support business growth planning, sales targets, and resource requirements.
• Guide and support junior team members in daily sales and customer service activities.
