Responsibilities
- Own buyer side sales strategy and acquire contractors, developers, and project owners
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline of construction projects and decision makers
- Lead full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, closing
- Develop and refine sales playbook including targeting, messaging, objection handling
- Diagnose buyer blockers and work cross functionally to remove them
- Partner with supplier team to ensure catalog depth and pricing match demand
- Negotiate volume and framework agreements with larger contractors
- Set targets for and mentor junior sales staff
- Own and report on core demand metrics
- Represent iBuild at project sites, industry events, trade fairs
- Feed market and buyer insights back to product and leadership
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally selling to contractors or developers
- Track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Deep understanding of construction procurement cycle
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship building skills
- Ability to build sales process from scratch in early stage environment
- Strong CRM proficiency and disciplined pipeline management
- Fluent Arabic and strong English

Responsibilities
- Own the buyer side sales strategy by identifying, targeting, and acquiring contractors, developers, and project owners as active buyers on the platform.
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline of construction projects and procurement decision makers.
- Lead the full sales cycle end to end: prospecting, discovery, product demo, quotation, negotiation, and closing.
- Develop and refine the sales playbook including targeting, messaging, objection handling, and pricing conversations.
- Diagnose each buyer's real blockers and work cross functionally to remove them.
- Partner closely with the supplier team to ensure catalog depth, availability, and pricing match demand.
- Negotiate volume and framework agreements with larger contractors and high value repeat buyers.
- Set targets for and mentor junior sales staff, review pipeline and performance weekly.
- Own and report on core demand metrics like active buyers, orders placed, GMV, conversion rate, and repeat order rate.
- Represent iBuild with contractors and developers at project sites, industry events, trade fairs, and networking opportunities.
- Feed structured market and buyer insights back to product and leadership to shape the roadmap.
Qualifications
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally selling to contractors or developers, or within construction materials, building supply, or construction technology.
- A track record of consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets and closing complex, relationship driven deals.
- Deep understanding of the construction procurement cycle and how contractors actually buy materials.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship building skills, comfortable with both executive level and site level stakeholders.
- The ability to build a sales process from scratch and lead by example in an early stage environment.
- Strong CRM proficiency and disciplined pipeline management.
- Fluent Arabic and strong English.
