About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team.
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and guiding the sales team to meet and exceed Mozn targets.
Your primary focus will be improving sales key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, and managing the sales team in the non-banking and insurance sectors.
What You'Ll Do
- Lead and mentor the sales team to exceed sales targets across the public sector and its subsectors (municipal, education, healthcare, defense, utilities, etc.).
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s AI product roadmap and market expansion goals.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, pre-sales, channel, and product teams to ensure cohesive market engagement.
- Forecast, monitor, and report on sales performance, pipeline health, and market dynamics.
- Provide support to the Business Development team during the sales process, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment.
- Foster a high-performance sales culture, motivating and inspiring the team to achieve exceptional results.
- Identify and prioritize key opportunities in the public sector for AI adoption — including smart cities, digital transformation, public safety, and citizen services.
- Build and nurture executive-level relationships within ministries, government agencies, regulators, and public enterprises.
- Drive partnerships and alliances with system integrators, consulting firms, and technology vendors to accelerate market penetration.
- Negotiate and close large-scale deals with complex procurement processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance sales productivity and efficiency.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a results-driven sales team specialized in public sector accounts.
- Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and promote a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Support career development and succession planning within the team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and market dynamics to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting performance, trends, and areas for improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise or public sector sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets within the public sector technology or AI domain.
- Strong understanding of government procurement cycles, RFP processes, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and managing multimillion-dollar deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
- Deep understanding of AI, analytics, data platforms, cloud, or digital transformation solutions
