Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Identify new business opportunities and expand key customer accounts
- Build and maintain long term relationships with major customers and decision makers
- Lead commercial negotiations and manage the full sales cycle
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure excellent project execution and customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and strategic business plans
- Mentor and support the commercial team when required
Requirements
- Saudi National
- Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in Flexible Packaging and SAL (Shrink & Adhesive Labels)
- Strong experience within Oil & Gas, Personal Care, Detergents, or Chemicals industries
- Established network of customers and key decision makers
- Excellent commercial, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and develop strategic customer partnerships

About the Role

- The ideal candidate will possess a strong commercial background, an established customer network, and a proven track record of achieving sales growth within industrial manufacturing sectors.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
