Role Overview
The employer is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead business development and sales for residential interior design and villa projects.
The role manages the complete sales cycle from lead conversion and client meetings through proposal, negotiation, closing, and handover to the design team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Generate business through networking, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Qualify enquiries based on project scope, budget, location, and timeline.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits.
- Present the company portfolio to clients and the sales team.
- Coordinate with design teams on concepts, proposals, quotations, mood boards, and presentations.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, scope, and contract conditions while protecting profitability.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed projects.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and provide forecasts and reports.
- Build client relationships and monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate handover with design, estimation, procurement, and project teams.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 3–7+ years of relevant sales experience is required.
- Experience selling residential interiors and/or villa projects is required.
- A sector network is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills are required.
- Strong understanding of residential interior design and fit-out processes is required.
- The candidate must understand drawings, layouts, materials, finishes, and project specifications.
- Commercial strength and knowledge of pricing, margins, and negotiations are required.
- The candidate must be self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong client relationship management skills are required.
- A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
Relevant Industry Experience
- Relevant backgrounds include interior design, fit-out, luxury residential, villa projects, renovation, construction, real estate, architecture, and related sectors.

- Work is performed in person.
