Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in Interior Design, Fit Out, and Hospitality sectors
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, hotel operators, and developers
- Source and manage commercial, residential, retail, F&B, and hospitality fit out projects
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Prepare project proposals, quotations, and commercial offers in coordination with estimation team
- Lead contract negotiations and successfully close sales
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities
- Collaborate with design, estimation, procurement, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports to management
Requirements
- Minimum 5 8 years of proven UAE experience in sales/business development within Interior Design, Fit Out, or Hospitality industry
- Strong network of clients, consultants, developers, architects, and contractors in the UAE
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate new business
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Strong understanding of interior fit out projects, commercial contracts, and tendering processes

- Creative and Beyond Interior Design LLC is seeking an experienced and results driven Senior Sales Manager to lead business development and drive revenue growth in the Interior Design, Fit Out, and Hospitality sectors across the UAE.
- The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in the UAE market, strong industry connections, and the ability to secure high value projects while building long term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Interior Design, Fit Out, and Hospitality sectors.
