Role Description

  • Lead end to end sales activities including prospecting, product demonstrations, and closing B2B deals.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for the Dubai hospitality market.
  • Forecast revenue and monitor performance against targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline in CRM.
  • Prepare proposals and commercial offers.
  • Represent Urwa at industry events.
  • Mentor junior sales team members.

Qualifications

  • Proven B2B sales leadership experience in hospitality tech, hotel solutions, or related SaaS products.
  • Strong skills in consultative selling, pipeline management, contract negotiation, and key account management.
  • Solid understanding of the Dubai hospitality ecosystem.
  • Minimum 10+ years of sales and business development experience.
  • Ability to work on site in Dubai and travel locally for client visits.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
