Responsibilities
- Lead end to end sales activities including prospecting, product demonstrations, and closing B2B deals
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for the Dubai hospitality market
- Forecast revenue and monitor performance against targets
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline in CRM
- Prepare proposals and commercial offers
- Represent URWA at industry events
- Mentor junior sales team members
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales leadership experience in hospitality tech, hotel solutions, or related SaaS products
- Strong skills in consultative selling, pipeline management, contract negotiation, and key account management within the hotel segment
- Solid understanding of the Dubai hospitality ecosystem
- Minimum 10+ years of sales and business development experience
- Ability to work on site in Dubai and travel locally for client visits
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field
- Fluency in English
