Role Overview
Seeking an experienced, results-driven sales professional with industrial, construction, or technical product sales experience in UAE and GCC markets.
The role promotes and develops business for a European brand producing cement-based mineral insulation foam.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive market entry and expansion for the assigned product line in the UAE and GCC.
- Develop relationships with developers, contractors, manufacturers, and consultants.
- Conduct high-level meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions.
- Manage qualified sales opportunities and support specification activities.
- Analyze market potential, competition, and project opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets, maintain client satisfaction, and report sales activities to management.
Qualifications
- Proven project sales track record in the UAE industrial or construction sector.
- At least 3–5 years of UAE-based sales experience.
- Strong network with contractors, developers, or industrial clients.
- Ability to engage decision-makers and build a market from scratch.
- Excellent English communication skills and a valid UAE driving license.
- Academic qualifications are required.
- Building materials, precast, insulation, machinery, or technical systems experience is advantageous.
Compensation
- Competitive salary plus performance-based incentives.
- Pay is AED 18,000–20,000 per month.
