About the Role
Tumodo is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager in Dubai to sell corporate travel solutions directly to end-user organizations.
The role requires business travel sales experience, a strong ecosystem network, knowledge of client buying behavior, and consultative technology and service selling skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and close UAE corporate clients through outbound prospecting, networking, and tender participation.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing.
- Manage CRM pipeline performance, forecasting, KPIs, commercial proposals, RFP responses, and value-based presentations.
- Build relationships with travel, finance, procurement, and other client decision-makers.
- Collaborate on onboarding, monitor industry trends, support sales tools and processes, coach junior colleagues, and represent the company at industry events.
- Deliver revenue and margin targets while maintaining a consultative, client-centric sales approach.
