Role Overview

  • The Senior Sales Manager B2G drives revenue growth through sales strategies, business development, and account management for Alef Education's AI powered learning solutions.

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute sales strategies supporting commercial objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Contribute to annual sales planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Business Development

  • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, events, and digital channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify new customers and expansion opportunities.
  • Develop compelling value propositions aligned to customer challenges.
  • Build strategic relationships with key decision makers.

Sales Cycle Management

  • Manage full sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract execution.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, business cases, and tender responses.
  • Lead commercial negotiations ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline reporting in CRM.

Account Management & Customer Success

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships for retention and growth.
  • Identify upselling, cross selling, and account expansion opportunities.
  • Act as trusted advisor to customers.
  • Support customer success initiatives with implementation and training teams.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, PMO, Training, Marketing, and Technology teams.
  • Define pilots, proof of concepts, implementation plans, and commercial models.
  • Provide market feedback and customer insights for product development.

Reporting & Performance Management

  • Track and report sales performance against KPIs and targets.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility.
  • Produce regular management reports and commercial updates.
  • Drive continuous improvement of sales processes and tools.
