Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition across hotels, restaurants, cloud kitchens, catering companies, and hospitality groups
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and margin targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, procurement heads, chefs, consultants, and operators
- Identify project opportunities from concept stage through to execution
- Promote and position commercial kitchen equipment solutions to key decision makers
- Manage the full sales cycle including lead generation, proposals, negotiations, and closing
- Collaborate with technical, project, and after sales teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to refine sales strategy
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in sales/business development within kitchen equipment, hospitality supplies, or related F&B solutions
- Strong existing network across UAE hospitality, F&B operators, or hospitality consultants preferred
- Proven track record of closing high value B2B deals and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of commercial kitchen operations and project based sales cycles
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Self driven, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and strategically
- Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
