About the Role

  • A leading UAE based organization in commercial kitchen equipment and hospitality solutions is seeking a senior Sales & Business Development Executive.
  • Role focuses on driving strategic growth, expanding market presence, and securing high value clients across F&B and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition across hotels, restaurants, cloud kitchens, catering companies, and hospitality groups.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and margin targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, procurement heads, chefs, consultants, and operators.
  • Identify project opportunities from concept stage through to execution (fit out, refurbishment, and expansion projects).
  • Promote and position commercial kitchen equipment solutions to key decision makers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle including lead generation, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
  • Collaborate with technical, project, and after sales teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to refine sales strategy.

Candidate Profile

  • 7–10+ years of experience in sales/business development within kitchen equipment, hospitality supplies, or related F&B solutions.
  • Strong existing network across UAE hospitality, F&B operators, or hospitality consultants preferred.
  • Proven track record of closing high value B2B deals and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of commercial kitchen operations and project based sales cycles.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self driven, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and strategically.
  • Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
