Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute structured sales plans aligned with commercial targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and close complex, high value transactions end to end.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and prepare regular forecasts and performance reports.
  • Build and maintain long lasting, trust based relationships with key accounts.
  • Mentor and assist less experienced sales representatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Typically 5+ years of relevant B2B or industry specific sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • Strong negotiation, consultative sales, and analytical problem solving skills.
