WebCastle Technologies is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to identify business opportunities, generate leads, manage the sales cycle, and close high-value deals in IT services. The role requires 3-5+ years of sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in HubSpot CRM.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking
- Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, referrals, social selling, and market research
- Conduct 15–25 outbound business development calls daily
- Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable technology solutions
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in HubSpot CRM
- Build and maintain long term client relationships
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and client onboarding
Requirements
- 3 5+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Strong track record in sales closures and revenue generation
- Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales environments
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- UAE market experience is preferred
- Experience selling IT services, software solutions, web development, mobile applications, ERP, CRM, SaaS, or digital marketing services
- Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques
