Job Purpose

  • Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new business growth and managing key client relationships for the company’s software and SaaS solutions.
  • This role identifies opportunities, delivers product presentations and demos, and closes deals.
  • The Senior Sales Executive plays a critical role in increasing revenue and supporting the Sales Manager by providing accurate forecasts and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.

Key Accountability

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outreach, networking, events, and referrals.
  • Build a strong pipeline of potential clients within target industries.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, and industry trends.
  • Deliver professional product demos and presentations (in person and virtual) to showcase software capabilities.
  • Understand client pain points and articulate how solutions address their challenges.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to increase upselling and renewals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries and provide timely follow ups.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction through effective communication and support coordination.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales contracts based on client requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and finalize agreements in coordination with the Sales Manager.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Work closely with the technical/implementation team to ensure client requirements are properly communicated.

Education & Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in B2B software sales, SaaS solutions, tech platforms, or digital product

Other

  • Strong understanding of SaaS based products, cloud systems, and subscription models.
  • Ability to explain software features, APIs, integrations, and technical workflows to clients in simple language.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and cloud technologies.
  • Basic knowledge of data security, hosting environments, and user access management.
  • Ability to work closely with technical teams to translate customer needs into system requirement
