Role Overview
The role develops sales for UV inks, UV varnishes, and water-based coatings within an assigned territory.
The position combines territory business development, customer relationships, product validation, technical coordination, and collections.
Sales and Customer Development
- Identify new customers and develop business with existing customers.
- Maintain relationships with printers, packaging companies, commercial printers, and related customers.
- Understand requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Product Trials and Conversion
- Coordinate product trials, sampling, and validation at customer locations.
- Follow up on trials and convert successful validations into regular business.
- Coordinate with technical and service teams on troubleshooting and customer complaints.
Targets and Market Management
- Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
- Maintain a sales pipeline and market development plan.
- Monitor competitors, pricing, products, and market trends.
