  • We are seeking a technology passionate, motivated sales professional who will focus on transforming collaboration, business processes, and teamwork for prospective client companies in Saudi Arabia.
  • Ideal candidates will have a solid sales background in the fast paced B2B SaaS industry.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and closely follow new sales opportunities through inbound leads, outbound calls, and email communications.
  • Build and maintain effective business relationships with key decision makers of potential and existing clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (product, marketing, technical sales, implementation, etc.) to satisfy customer needs and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively position Workiom's products and services.
  • Prepare and present product presentations and demos.
  • Conduct demo meetings with potential clients to showcase Workiom’s solutions and advance the sales cycle.
  • Negotiate proposals and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closure, targeting the appropriate sectors and channels.
  • Make field visits to clients as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales to large enterprises.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficient in both Arabic and English, for verbal and written communication.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • High level of experience with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Team oriented and adaptable.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
