Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across corporate, government, retail, hospitality, industrial, aviation, and commercial sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and strategic clients
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract award
- Prepare professional quotations, commercial proposals, presentations, and tender submissions
- Understand client requirements and recommend tailored branding, signage, and advertising solutions
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profitability targets
- Maintain and grow existing client accounts by identifying opportunities for repeat business and cross selling
- Collaborate closely with Creative, Production, Procurement, Project Management, and Finance teams
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activities, and pipeline updates
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence
- Represent FullScope at client meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in branding, advertising, signage, printing, exhibitions, or event production
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Existing network of corporate clients in Saudi Arabia is preferred
- Valid Saudi driving license
- Professional English; Arabic is a plus
