About the Role

  • We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth by developing new client relationships, managing the full sales cycle, and achieving sales targets.
  • The ideal candidate has strong B2B sales experience in the branding, signage, printing, advertising, exhibitions, or event production industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across corporate, government, retail, hospitality, industrial, aviation, and commercial sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and strategic clients.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to proposal submission, negotiation, and contract award.
  • Prepare professional quotations, commercial proposals, presentations, and tender submissions.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend tailored branding, signage, and advertising solutions.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profitability targets.
  • Maintain and grow existing client accounts by identifying opportunities for repeat business and cross selling.
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative, Production, Procurement, Project Management, and Finance teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to support business growth.
  • Represent FullScope professionally at client meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions.
  • Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in branding, advertising, signage, printing, exhibitions, or event production.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Existing network of corporate clients in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
  • Valid Saudi driving license.
  • Professional English; Arabic is a plus.
