Role Description

  • Drive sales of software testing and quality assurance services across the Saudi market.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads, and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts in alignment with company policies.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to understand service capabilities and respond to RFPs.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and account growth.
  • Track sales performance, forecast revenue, and provide market feedback.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in IT Sales and selling IT services or solutions, preferably in software testing or quality assurance.
  • Strong Lead Generation and pipeline building skills.
  • Demonstrated Account Management abilities.
  • Solid understanding of Information Technology concepts, software development lifecycles, and QA/testing services.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in B2B or enterprise environments.
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, and CRM skills.
  • Familiarity with the KSA business environment and regulations is highly beneficial.
