Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in gold jewelry and precious metals sales, with the ability to develop new business opportunities, expand the client network, and contribute to sustainable company growth.

This role requires a professional individual who can manage retail and wholesale clients, coordinate effectively with marketing and operations teams, and represent the company with integrity, professionalism, and respect for compliance standards and company policies.

The successful candidate is expected to think commercially, take initiative, and contribute actively to building a strong and respected business presence in the market.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in gold jewelry, bullion, or precious metals sales.
  • Strong experience in retail jewelry sales. Wholesale/B2B experience is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of UAE market regulations, invoicing standards, AML/KYC requirements, and professional business practices.
  • Ability to generate new business and build long-term client relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work professionally with management, marketing, operations, and compliance teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification preferred.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English. Hindi is considered an advantage.
  • High standards of integrity, confidentiality, honesty, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
  • Self-driven personality with business vision, responsibility, and commitment to sustainable growth.
  • *Ability to identify market opportunities and contribute to business development initiatives is highly valued.
