Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned revenue targets through the acquisition of AMC and TFM contracts.
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across commercial, residential, and corporate sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, property management companies, and corporate clients.
- Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline through networking, client meetings, referrals, and market outreach.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Lead negotiations and successfully close contracts in line with company objectives.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and client records.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities within the Facilities Management sector.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth contract handover and service delivery.
Requirements
- Experience in facilities management sales, particularly AMC and TFM contracts.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Strong networking and relationship building skills with developers, property management companies, and corporate clients.
