Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key sectors
- Manage existing client relationships and conduct regular meetings and presentations
- Prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate contracts
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and installation
- Track sales pipelines and maintain accurate CRM records
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Represent the company at industry events
- Support tenders and project bids
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and customer experience
Requirements
- Proven sales and business development skills in B2B environments
- Client relationship management abilities with account management experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in furniture, interiors, construction, or related industries, preferably in UAE/GCC
- Solid understanding of sales forecasting, pipeline management, and commercial terms
- Ability to collaborate with technical, logistics, and installation teams
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Fluency in English; Arabic or other regional languages are an advantage
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to conduct regular client visits
