Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive based in Dubai.
The Senior Sales Executive will develop and maintain strong client relationships, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
Responsibilities also include presenting and promoting products to clients, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the marketing and product teams to align strategies.
The role requires proactive communication with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development: Proven experience in sales, client acquisition, and customer relationship management
- Market Research and Analysis: Ability to conduct market analysis and identify potential opportunities
- Communication and Negotiation: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with laminates, surface solutions, or building materials
- Target Achievement: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Team Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively with marketing, product, and operational teams
- Flexibility: Adaptability to a dynamic market with excellent problem-solving skills
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales, preferably in the building materials or construction industry
- Language Competency: Proficiency in English; fluency in Arabic is a plus
