Job Purpose

  • The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for developing and managing sales of foodstuff products within the UAE market, focusing on HORECA, retail, wholesalers, and catering companies.
  • The role requires achieving sales targets, building long term customer relationships, expanding the customer base, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve the monthly sales target assigned by the company.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across HORECA, supermarkets, wholesalers, bakeries, and food manufacturers.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular visits and follow ups.
  • Present the company’s products, negotiate pricing, and close sales professionally.
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, and follow up until successful delivery.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Monitor customer stock levels and generate repeat orders.
  • Follow up on outstanding receivables and ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Obtain customer account balance confirmations whenever required by the company.
  • Keep accurate records of customer visits, sales activities, quotations, and market feedback.
  • Monitor competitors’ products, pricing, and market trends and report findings to management.
  • Promote new products and identify opportunities for expanding the product range.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the UAE foodstuff trading industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HORECA, retail, and wholesale food markets.
  • Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Basic salary as per employment contract.
  • Sales incentives/commission (if applicable).
  • Company provided fuel, Salik, and parking allowance subject to achievement of company sales targets.
  • Annual leave and end of service benefits as per UAE Labour Law.
  • Pay: AED5,000.00 AED7,000.00 per month.
