Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and supporting business growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
- Follow up with leads and ensure excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Support junior sales team members when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
