- Identify and pursue potential clients within the Commercial, Hospitality, Healthcare, and Educational sectors
- Present product details, pricing structures, and prepare quotations for clients
- Utilize existing industry connections to generate leads and close sales
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers to secure repeat business and long term partnerships
- Conduct consistent and effective follow ups on ongoing projects and existing clients
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations highlighting the features and benefits of our flooring solutions
- Manage projects independently while collaborating effectively with the team
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and budgets
- Ensure adherence to company policies and all applicable laws and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ sales experience, preferably in the soft flooring industry
- Strong connections to interior designers, fit out companies, consultants, architects, and contractors
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (fluency in English is required)
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Solid knowledge of various flooring materials and their applications
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings; owning a vehicle is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good understanding of the UAE market

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary of AED 4,000–8,000 per month, depending on experience, plus attractive commission structure.
- Additional benefits such as mobile allowance, petrol, parking expenses, and other company provided support.
