Bevatel is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join its team in Qatar.
The role focuses on B2B sales, Qatar-market knowledge, business development, and long-term relationships with local businesses and decision-makers.
Work Model
- The work model is on-site in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Qatar market.
- Generate and qualify leads through prospecting and networking.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Build relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Conduct client meetings, sales presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Coordinate customer onboarding and handover with internal teams.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of proven B2B sales experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in the Qatar market and understanding of the Qatari business environment.
- Experience in SaaS, software, IT solutions, telecommunications, or technology is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and strong English communication skills.
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong lead generation, prospecting, and business development skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tools.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
