Role Summary
Drive revenue by owning the full sales cycle end-to-end.
Identify, qualify, and close high-value B2B opportunities across government, corporate, and private sectors.
Work closely with Marketing to convert demand into deals for services including digital marketing, web/mobile apps, media, and AI solutions.
This role is for top-performing sales professionals with a proven track record in deal-making and consultative selling.
Core Responsibilities
- Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline via outbound and inbound channels; book discovery meetings with decision-makers.
- Qualify prospects on budget, authority, needs, and timeline; map stakeholders and influence multi-level decision-making.
- Craft compelling, compliant technical and commercial proposals; collaborate with creative and technical teams to tailor solutions.
- Monitor government and private tender portals; submit daily RFP/RFQ/tender responses and handle clarifications.
- Negotiate terms, secure POs/contracts, and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams.
- Track sales performance: forecasts, win/loss analysis, sales cycle duration; continuously refine pricing and proposal templates.
- Partner with Marketing on campaigns, content, and lead nurturing to maximize MQL→SQL conversion and revenue impact.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2–3 years B2B sales or tendering experience in digital/IT services (
Web And Mobile Apps, Software, Ai Solutions,
- Marketing and Media).
- Proven track record in consistently meeting or exceeding targets; skilled in closing multi-stakeholder deals.
- Expertise in proposal/tender writing and compliance; strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Notion, Zoho CRM) and office suites (G-Suite/M365).
- Deep knowledge of UAE market dynamics.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
Preferred
- Familiarity with UAE government/semi-government procurement processes.
- UAE driving license.
Key Performance Indicators (Kpis)
- Pipeline coverage (3–4× target), MQL→SQL conversion, win rate.
- Daily tender submissions and compliance.
- Closed-won revenue & margin, forecast accuracy, CRM completeness.

- Sales enablement: Email sequences, Mailchimp, Canva
- Collaboration: Microsoft Teams, project trackers
