Senior Sales Executive / Business Development – Vending Machines

We are hiring a high-performing, hunter-type Sales Executive to aggressively expand our vending machine footprint across Dubai.

This is a pure growth role for someone who thrives on closing deals, securing prime locations, and driving revenue.

If you are not target-driven or comfortable with a high-performance environment, this role is not for you.

Only candidates with proven experience in the vending machine industry in U.A.E. will be considered.

· Actively hunt and secure high-value vending machine locations (offices, malls, gyms, hospitals, schools, etc.)

· Build a strong pipeline and consistently close deals

· Negotiate contracts and secure long-term partnerships

· Identify and dominate high-potential areas across Dubai

· Conduct continuous market research to stay ahead of competitors, pricing, and location opportunities

· Spot gaps in the market and act fast to capture them

· Ensure machines are installed, operational, and generating revenue

· Oversee refilling, stock management, and machine performance

· Solve operational issues quickly and independently

· Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports

· Track pipeline, conversions, and revenue growth

· Mandatory: Proven experience in the vending machine industry (no exceptions)

· Strong track record in B2B sales / business development

· Hunter mentality — proactive, aggressive, and results-driven

· Confident negotiator with strong closing ability

· Able to work independently with minimal supervision

· Strong knowledge of the UAE market

· UAE driving license is a must
