Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase fertilizer sales across the UAE
- Identify and acquire new customers including farms, agricultural companies, nurseries, landscaping companies, distributors, and government organizations
- Build and maintain long term relationships with existing customers
- Promote the company's fertilizer portfolio and provide product recommendations
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales agreements
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback for management
- Participate in agricultural exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in fertilizers, agrochemicals, agriculture, irrigation, horticulture, or landscaping products
- Strong knowledge of the UAE agricultural and landscaping market
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Job Overview

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of the UAE agricultural and landscaping market.
- Existing network of customers within the agriculture or landscaping sector is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Compensation
- Pay: AED12,000.00 AED15,000.00 per month
