About the Role
Hazar Haute Couture seeks an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive sales of luxury bridal and evening wear. The role involves qualifying customers, presenting dresses, managing fittings, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Qualify customers to understand their taste in dress design requirements
- Present and showcase suitable dresses according to customer budget and design requirements
- Attend calls and enter customer information including name, contact, wedding details, dress details
- Track customer prova/fitting dates and ensure prior notice and pre preparations with production team
- Handle payments, follow ups, and timely dress delivery ensuring client requirement checklists are met
- Regular follow up on customer requests and complaints
- Carry out or delegate customer calls on day of weddings to reassure and confirm details
- Ensure timely completion of alteration schedules with prova of customers
- Continuous follow up to un booked clients with reasons and update status to Management
- Record up to date information of all customers in the system before end of duty each day
- Coordinate all required accessories arrangements upon dress delivery
- Work towards and achieve individual and monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience with a high end fashion luxury brand including bridal haute couture
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of luxury fashion, bridal wear, or high end retail
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales reporting
- Fluency in Arabic
- Self motivated, goal oriented, and able to work effectively in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or related field is an advantage

- Hazar is a luxury fashion house renowned for unique and customized bridal and evening wear, established in 1980.
- Blends European couture tailoring with Middle Eastern artistry, sourcing fabrics from France, Italy, and Switzerland.
- Based in Dubai, operates a three level boutique with over 10,000 sq ft showroom and 200+ bridal gowns.
Role Description
- Effectively qualify the customer to understand their taste in dress design requirements.
- Present and showcase the most suitable dresses according to customer budget and design requirements.
