About the Role

What You’ll Be Doing

• Map customer requirements to the Camunda product portfolio and position business value.
• Develop evaluation plans, product demonstrations, and product-related Q&A sessions.
• Support RFI and RFP completion and partner with Account Executives on account development.
• Organize pre-sales engagements, implement code snippets, and create technical demonstrations.
• Create and maintain pre-sales content and technical artifacts.

What You Bring

• A Computer Science, Information Systems, or related degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong programming fundamentals, software engineering practices, and IT or system architecture knowledge.
• Sales Engineering or Pre-Sales experience with knowledge of sales cycles and value-based selling.
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluent English at C1/C2 or native proficiency; Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings, events, and team collaboration.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in enterprise automation, BPM, process orchestration, RPA, Agentic AI, or similar domains.
• Familiarity with value workshops, value engineering frameworks, and the process automation landscape.
• Industry experience in BFSI, logistics, healthcare or life sciences, or telecommunications.

Compensation

• Annual total target cash consists of base salary plus 100% variable target where applicable.
• Published annual ranges cover the United States, United Kingdom, and Singapore; candidates elsewhere receive a personalized calculator after the first interview.
• Equity may be offered through the Virtual Stock Option Plan.
