Role and Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Increase business in assigned customer accounts.
- Understand customer requirements, market segments, and market trends.
- Introduce the latest products and technical updates to customers.
- Record customer visits and regularly update CRM entries.
- Coordinate with internal logistics and technical teams.
- Develop new customers through lead follow-up and prospecting.
- Follow up on quotations, conduct commercial negotiations, and persuade customers to place orders.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Negotiation skills.
- Previous B2B sales and marketing experience in industrial automation.
- Experience in distribution or integration is an added advantage.
Experience and Education
- 4–7 years of experience.
- B.E. or diploma in Electrical or Electronics.
