HMS Networks seeks a Senior Sales Engineer for its Building Automation division in Riyadh. The role involves selling Intesis protocol translators and AC interfaces, developing relationships with system integrators and manufacturers, and providing technical support throughout the sales cycle.

Responsibilities
- Grow range of Building Automation protocol translator/gateways and AC interfaces under Intesis brand in Middle East
- Develop business relationships with BMS and Smart Home Automation system integrators
- Conduct product demonstrations, webinars, and technical training for customers and distributors
- Act as technical point of contact throughout sales cycle from pre sales to post sales support
- Identify, qualify, and onboard new channel partners
- Support customers with design in activities and solution architecture
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Automation, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, technical sales or solution engineering in B2B
- Strong understanding of Building Automation communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, DALI, KNX)
- Proficient English (spoken and written)
- Valid KSA driving license
- Transferable visa or labor clearance; availability to join within 1 month

- Seeking experienced Senior Sales Engineer for Building Automation division, based in Riyadh, KSA.
- Role reports to Regional Manager of Building Automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow range of Building Automation protocol translator/gateways and AC interfaces under Intesis brand.
- Collaborate with Global Key Account Manager to develop relationships with AC manufacturers.
- Develop business relationships with BMS and Smart Home Automation system integrators.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Intesis products.
- Conduct product demonstrations, webinars, and technical training.
- Act as technical point of contact throughout sales cycle.
- Identify, qualify, and onboard new channel partners.
- Develop and execute channel partner sales growth plans.
- Collaborate with Product Management to provide market feedback.
- Support customers with design in activities and solution architecture.
- Assess competitors by analyzing market trends.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Automation, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, technical sales or solution engineering in B2B.
- Strong understanding of Building Automation communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, DALI, KNX).
- Strong sales hunter mentality with start up mindset.
- Proficient English (spoken and written).
- Willing and able to travel extensively within Middle East.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self motivated and able to perform under pressure.
Must Have Qualifications
- Valid KSA driving license.
- Transferable visa or labor clearance; availability to join within 1 month.
- Access to personal vehicle.
- No contractual restrictions from current or previous employers.
