Responsibilities
- Develop the rental business for earthmoving and construction equipment
- Identify new business opportunities to achieve assigned sales targets
- Promote equipment rental solutions to contractors and project clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts
- Conduct customer visits to identify new project opportunities
- Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms with customers
- Support rental contract preparation and timely order execution
- Monitor market trends and analyze competitor business activities
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure equipment availability
- Work with Finance to ensure timely collection of rental payments
- Prepare sales forecasts and customer activity reports regularly

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 4–5 years of experience in equipment rental industry
- Proven ability to develop customer relationships and achieve sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and business development skills
- Understanding of earthmoving equipment and construction projects
- Ability to identify market opportunities and customer requirements
- Strong coordination, reporting, and customer management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams
