Job Overview

  • Responsible for developing and growing earthmoving and construction equipment rental business.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities and building customer relationships.
  • Promote rental solutions to contractors and project clients to achieve targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and support business expansion strategies to drive sustainable growth.

Job Role

  • Develop the rental business for earthmoving and construction equipment.
  • Identify new business opportunities to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Promote equipment rental solutions to contractors and project clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts.
  • Conduct customer visits to identify new project opportunities.
  • Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms with customers.
  • Support rental contract preparation and timely order execution.
  • Monitor market trends and analyze competitor business activities.
  • Coordinate with Operations to ensure equipment availability.
  • Work with Finance to ensure timely collection of rental payments.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and customer activity reports regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and perform assigned duties.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in equipment rental industry.
  • Proven ability to develop customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and business development skills.
  • Understanding of earthmoving equipment and construction projects.
  • Ability to identify market opportunities and customer requirements.
  • Strong coordination, reporting, and customer management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams.
